Circuit Bent Dub Siren Revisited

This is an updated version of an instrument I first built 6 years ago for Dub supremo Steve Vibronics (see video http://youtu.be/TG2Jugrl5wo ) using a Vtech Tiny Touch toy phone. It’s a pretty simple bend, pitch, loops and a distortion and pulse effect. For this new version I’ve simplified it by using rotary switches to select loops and effects. I’ve added a simple LFO with rate, wave shape and depth controlls to modulate the pitch. The case is made from Beech with a danish oil finish, front panel is translucent polycarbonate, back lit with red, gold and green LEDs.
Battery access is via a flap in the base.
